I will be at the good ole' Utah State Fair next week doing a food demo and tasting. I can't seem to think of the perfect fair food to demo...any ideas? My food memories from the fair usually include goodies on a stick.

mmm my fair food is funnel cake
funnel cake for me, too! It's the only time I can get it. Here in Texas they do sausage on a stick and turkey legs! I'm more about the sweet stuff, myself.
fried veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots etc) on a kabob, and then deep fried. its the best at the MN state fair.
My fav is funnel cake!! And I also love kettle corn...yum :)
In Texas, they also do fried ice cream, which is AMAZING!
I also like funnel cake, like I LOVE it, but Ashley won't ever let me get it.

Food is so much more fun to eat on a stick.
I'm into anything on a stick (e.g. corndog, carmel apple, etc.)You know, all the healthy things.
