crab cakes

I invited our camera to dinner this evening for crab cake madness. Spike and I (food2.com) will be facing off against each other this weekend at the Preakness Stakes in Baltimore. I will be making a classic crab cake with a chili garlic aioli and Spike is making a soft shell crab sandwich. I wanted to perfect the recipe this evening and Robby gave it 2 thumbs up.
