Sushi Anyone

Today was sushi day at school and I learned so much. I was anticipating the whole process to be very difficult and challenging, but surprisingly it was quite simple and so much fun. I would love to throw a sushi party where everyone makes their own sushi rolls. I'll just tack that idea onto my list of things I can't wait to do once I return to Utah.

hey kelsey, you probably don't remember me, but i cheered when you were a cougarette. i came across your blog since we have a lot of mutual facebook friends, and i added you as one. :) as for the sushi party, this may be weird, but i totally want in! my hubby and i eat japanese a lot (since i'm half and he served in japan) but i don't know how to make it pretty like you do--i go by taste alone. anyway, we've got a blog, too, maybe a pic will jog your memory.
