The past year or so, I've really been interested in food writing. I've had a few small things published here and there, but I want to continue to develop my work and hopefully work more in this field. I found a very small break here in LA with ELIZA magazine. I will be doing the food editing for their quarterly fashion magazine. My first article was on fall favorites highlighting pumpkin. The next issue with feature tips and tricks for holiday cooking. If this type of thing is interesting to you I highly suggest a book called, "Will Write for Food" by Dianne Jacob. The book is so interesting and has some great writing exercises. One word of prepared to be very hungry after reading!
