I will be at the good ole' Utah State Fair next week doing a food demo and tasting. I can't seem to think of the perfect fair food to demo...any ideas? My food memories from the fair usually include goodies on a stick.
funnel cake for me, too! It's the only time I can get it. Here in Texas they do sausage on a stick and turkey legs! I'm more about the sweet stuff, myself.

ReplyDeletefried veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots etc) on a kabob, and then deep fried. its the best at the MN state fair.
